Exciting Business Support/ Personal Assistant opportunity in Bedford Your new companyHays are working with an organisation in the public sector who are looking for a Business Support/ Personal Assistant to join them on a 3 month contract. Your new roleYou will be pro-actively providing a range of secretarial services and administrative duties to the Executive team. Your main duties will include:
Coordinating and arranging meetings Taking minutes Managing the diary of the posts Help arrange conferences or events Sort and distribute incoming post Raise purchase orders Attend personal development courses What you'll need to succeedThe client is looking for someone who has personal assistant experience and is accustomed to working with senior management. To succeed, you will need to be able to demonstrate the below:
Good at communicating and responding to requests for information Expected to work under no supervision Pro-actively balance workloads and meet strict deadlines In-depth Secretarial experience Microsoft packages experience Arranging meetings and conferences Ability to work with others What you'll get in return
