Buckingham 27ft river/canal cruiser + Fletcher 2 axel trailer

Here is Gracefull Josie a Buckingham 27ft canal/river cabin cruiser and double axel Fletcher trailer approx length 7.60m
I brought her during lockdown as a project boat and haven’t had the time to refurb her, now it’s time to move her on to to someone who can give her the attention she needs!
I’ll be as honest as I can below and tell you everything I know to help the purchase.
Please ask any questions.
She has been sitting in storage since 2021 now and some water has gathered inside, she had only been panelled out by previous owner with pallet wood, this probably needs stripping out now to make her how you want her.
Interior
She is currently a 3 birth, double bed at front and single bed to the side. With a little bit of imagination this could be reworked to suit, maybe another bed to make it a 4 birth.
The beds currently have pre cut foam mattresses-but again these probably need changing.
Lots of storage under these beds also.
The ceilings have been stripped back to the fibreglass and are ready to insulate and board.
She has a fully working wood fire/stove which I have had fired up, works loverly and is a really nice touch.
Electrics
currently is runs of a solar panel which is a fairly new and in good condition, she has a inverter, will need a new leisure battery but the basics are there to play around with, maybe a more powerful inverter, battery etc.
Engine
Currently has a 9hp outboard engine (see pics) it has also been in the boat in storage, so will probably need a good service.
Decking area
This was also installed by previous owner using pallet wood, this need redoing also.
Captains area
The existing electrics are there, steering wheel, bulge pump buttons, these will need wiring up correctly, original seat also.

Trailer
the es with a double axel, braked Fletcher trailer, I brought this separately for the boat it’s approximately 7.60m in length (please see pics)
