We are recruiting!!! We have a position available for our front of house.
Full training will be provided but you must have:
Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
A love for people and serving the public
The ability to work in a busy, fast paced environment
The ability to work on your own initiative
The role would be based at reception, answering calls and dealing with all visitors and customer who come on site. Handling queries and updates from customers and insurers. Booking vehicle repairs and estimates into our diary system and coordinating collections and deliveries with our drivers. Various other tasks related to customer service.

Salary: From £22,000.00 per year
