We have a room available for in our happy warehouse available. £520 pcm (bills included except gas which is £5 every 6 weeks or so).
We are a creative household full of artists, musicians and other wonderful crafts.
We’re looking for a responsible clean and creative individual preferably 23yrs+ queer and POC to join in loving and looking after our home. But we will always prioritise a good fit for the house!
There are between 9-10 people living here at the moment (plus one sweet prince of a cat), but it’s a big space so doesn’t get too crowded! This space is a balanced and loving creative home, so someone with drive and initiative munity building is ed! We are focused on the creation of a safe space, healthy boundaries and munication of our feelings and intentions. We don’t have a cleaner so we will need new housemates to be fully house trained and happy to muck in with maintaining the space.
We do like to have the occasional party but most nights we will curl up in front of the tv for a movie night or bbq or a house dinner, yoga, meditation, music jams and to hang out in general.
There is a creative space available for painting, sewing and other otherworldly creations as well as a jam space for any musicians about. Collaboration is highly encouraged and enjoyed.
