The Base Management Commercial Lead shapes the future of Base Management by designing innovative strategies that drive value, retention and growth across the whole Sky Base (TV, Broadband and Mobile). The role is multifaceted and requires collaboration across multiple Commercial, Trading, Finance, Data, Marketing and Technology functions. Managing a team, you will be pivotal in designing proactive & reactive Base Management programmes that apply data-driven insight to deliver commercial value across the whole customer lifecycle.
What you'll do: Design proactive and reactive base management strategies that generate product growth, reduce churn and increase revenue Lead strategic projects to optimise how our customers interact with our Routes-To-Market, driving operational efficiencies, customer satisfaction and effective commercial outcomes Support business critical initiatives & new product introductions - harnessing new customer data sources and creating innovative base management treatments Identify base insights & channel trends that we'll need to tap into - owning and manipulating data tools that will be used by your team and the wider business Work closely with Routes to Market, Trading, Performance, Finance, and Technology teams to deliver model-based programmes that drive commercial targets and customer growth Manage a small team of hard-working individuals who work with several partners and business areas on a day-to-day basis, ensuring they can continue to perform at their best and have the support they need What you'll bring: You'll thrive when turning a vision into a concrete, achievable and ambitious plan Excellent at collaborating and skilled at influencing up, down and across the organisation Brilliant at translating customer insight into strong commercial initiatives Commercially aware and numerate, able to size commercial opportunities and prioritise resources where they'll drive maximum return Previous experience with direct marketing campaigns and/or base management programmes.
