Excellent condition 2 berth end washroom caravan. It has a very high spec es with all the equipment to enable to be used straight away.
Extras include a remote controlled motor mover with automatic electric engagement function. Aquaroll fresh water container, Wastemaster waste water container, mains hook up lead, double entrance step, 6kg Calor gas bottle, ALKO side jack, and a heavy duty leisure battery.
Layout consists of long seating at the front which easily makes to a double bed, with an end washroom with large walk-in shower, electric flush toilet, roomy wardrobe and a pedestal wash basin with plenty of cupboard space throughout.
The kitchen has a 4 burner gas hob, grill, glass fronted oven and a large fridge with a full width freezer, which can be powered by mains, gas or 12v whilst being towed. There is an extractor fan above which can be reversed to bring fresh air into the caravan. Opposite there is a large worksurface which houses the blown air space heater, which can be powered by mains or gas, and a microwave above. The hot water is provided by a Truma heater which can be powered by mains or gas. There is an inboard water tank or the supply can be direct from the water container bypassing the tank.
The lighting is 12v and has mains corner lights. There are blinds and flyscreens to all the windows and the large panoramic sky-view rooflight above the seating area.
It has a stereo audible system, directional roof mounted TV / radio aerial with booster, and an intruder alarm system.
The carpets are three piece removable carpets.
Externally it has an ALKO stabilising hitch, alloy wheels, spare wheel carrier with wheel, external 240v socket and a large front gas partment.
The caravan is exceptionally clean inside and out, and has been well cared for since new.
It has service documents, recent service 28/01/2023, and it is CRIS registered. It has an owners information pack and the original National Caravan Council Manufacturers build certificate.
Everything is in working order and can be demonstrated on collection.
