Summary:
We are looking for a B2B Operations Manager to join an award-winning, innovative, well-established software and data management company delivering services to energy suppliers and industry participants. Their purpose is to accelerate the digital energy transition and are passionate about unlocking the greatest possible value for their customers. You will be managing a team of operational analysts overseeing the day-day activity. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B operations, settlement exceptionsand industry practices with the ability to manage, coach and support the team whilst meeting deadlines. Key responsibilities:
Day to day management of the B2B Operations team of up to 12FTE analystsManage the end-to-end Registrations and Loss journeys, Metering tasks / Settlements exceptionsPerformance management of Operations AnalystsClient Relationship Management and regular communication with Industry 3rd PartiesMaintain close working relationships with Billing Teams, removing obstaclesIdentify process improvements to increase efficiency and service qualityInternal stakeholder relationships with product, engineering, support and client relationship teamsAdd value to the experience of clients, colleagues and other relevant stakeholders through practicing and promoting the companies values Skills and experience required:
Experience in B2B Operations and Settlements exceptionsExperience of industry practices and obligations under BSCP, MRA, SPAA, REC2, GSOP, SLCAbility to manage and direct people and their performanceAbility to supervise, coaches and onboards new startersProblem solver and ability to prioritise meeting key targets and deadlinesHave sound communication / presentation skills to support internal team and external client meetingsMS office proficiency and excel intermediate level as a minimum to support data analysisConfidently manages stakeholder expectations
