We have a new workshop so we will also be offering full pre delivery inspection (PDI) on newer caravans and we will also be offering caravan servicing with our on site technician.
We check the Gas and Electric and Appliances 240Volt/12Volt including road lights (safety check) on ALL retail sales and also carry out any repair jobs agreed with the salesman.
A job list from the customer is usually attached to the sales order so the technician can carry out your requirements.
Example: Spongy floors (Quite common in older caravans) will be repaired with an injection kit at no cost to you.
A lot of caravans do come with motormovers and we ensure that they are fully functional. We can supply and fit motormovers to any caravan for £400.
We can also offer warranty with our caravans as we are a family business that won’t leave you with a problem.
Usually if an issue arises with your caravan a technician will call and discuss options to help.
With most caravans we put a starter pack into the deal that includes: Aqua Roll and Wastemaster, water pump, battery, mains cable, gas regulator, doorstep and leg winder. Again ask the salesman.
Awnings can be supplied at extra cost although some vans do come with an awnings! Best to chat to the salesman!
We can provide delivery of your caravan from £50 after we have received full payment.
