After many years of travelling through France Spain and Germany we feel that
our motor home travels are over the older we get. It is with very fond
memories that we are selling our motorhome which has been our home from
home for more than 11 years and over 40000 miles.

Rear U Shaped Lounge, twin fixed electric reclining single beds.
The lounge dining area has triple aspect opening windows, a large fully opening
skylight with insect screens and blackout blinds fitted to all. The two single
beds have memory foam mattresses and the back rest can be electrically
adjusted for comfort. The beds form a day/lounge dining area, dining table can
be adjusted to different positions as needed. LED lighting. Blown air diesel
heating is to the lounge, kitchen and wash room areas. Thermostat in the
lounge area.

The wash room is well equipped including a spray shower head built into the
tap of the wash basin with mixer tap, and a Thetford cassette toilet with
electric flush. The wash room wall swings out to form the shower area with a
hinged panel keeping the toilet area dry. Also a two mirrored cabinet above the
wash basin for storage. Skylight and small opaque window for ventilation. Wire
rack storage.

To the left of the habitation door opposite the wash room is the mid-kitchen.
There is a gas oven with separate gas grill, a dual-fuel hob with 3 gas burners
and 1 electric hotplate, a 3 way fridge freezer, a sink with mixer tap and
filtered drinking water. The kitchen area has storage below the oven and the
sink unit with draws under the worktops. Two hinged worktops at either end
can extend the kitchen working area as required. Hot water is provided with a
Truma boiler heated by either gas or 240v, temperature controlled.

There is high level storage lockers around the lounge, kitchen and over cab
area. Additional wire racking in some cupboards. The under bed storage has
lighting, the near side and can be accessed from either inside or out. The
wardrobe is above the fridge, centre hinged door with storage shelves and
safe. TV with DVD player and Pure DAB radio for the lounge area. TV cupboard
has various power outlets. TV aerial has signal finder and audio amplifier.

The cab has adjustable rotating captain seats with arm rests. Front windscreen
privacy blinds with a sliding curtain between the habitation area and the
driving cab. Wood effect dashboard trim. Rear view camera and dash mounted
monitor. Electric windows. Air assist rear suspension with on board compressor,
adjustable rear axel height. Tyre pressure monitor.

Defects that are known :-
The rear window has a crack in the outside pane of the double glazed acrylic
window panel. The dog decal covers over this slight defect. The window does
not leak and the crack does not effect the insulation properties or the security
of the window unit. (A replacement window approximately £300.)
There are two cameras at the rear, switchable from the dash mounted LCD
screen, both need replacing as they are five years old and are not fully
functional.
