The Skill Set:
·Previous experience in Management is a must
·Able to Manage the venue and team in the absence of the GM
·A positive and focused individual whos looking to be a part of a fast paced and forward thinking company.
·Someone looking to join a new business which has already opened 3 sites in 10 months with huge potential for personal growth and development.
·Have great communication skills and a can-do attitude
·Provide all guests with a positive and memorable experience
·Have excellent organisational skills
·Be confident to take ownership of situations and help influence the overall experience of our guests
·High energy and positivity is always welcome
Quarterly Bonus based on Realistic KPI’s set by Operations team and GM
