Are you looking to have deeper connections with other like minded people? Are you bored and tired of fleeting superficial friendships and connections? If you have felt like you have no one you can talk to about deep emotional, personal matters on your mind (other than the costly investment to work with a therapist) and you want to join a community where you can feel truly seen and heard, then you have come to the right place.
This is a safe online space for adult men and women to connect to themselves and others through an open sharing space. Open Shares are sessions for truthful, honest and deeper communication. Everyone is offered a set time to speak without interruption, judgment, feedback, or advice. This will be initially in break out rooms for those who do not want to share within a greater group space but prefer to share 1-to-1 with another. Everyone then returns to the main group can then share any insights and benefits that was got from the smaller shares. Speaking and listening are powerful tools that help us understand who we are, inspiring us to create and follow positive outcomes.
