New residential building has been started in Byala. It will have 37 apartments on three floors and one underroof floor, a fitness room, a lift and indoor parking. The building is in the South part of Byala town, close to the coast, in a new housing construction complex. The total area of the building will be 2378.64 square meters.
The town of Byala lies on the Black Sea coast - 56 kilometers away from Varna and 71 kilometers distant from Bourgas. It is situated in a small valley in the extreme far of the eastern Kamchiyska Mountain-spurs (Eastern Balkan Range). One can find here wide beach stripes with fine golden sands, bounded on some places by an extremely beautiful combination of steep rocks and woodland. Seabed near the coast is shallow. Climate is suitable for prophylactics and recovery. Byala is a center of a vine-growing region.
“The White Rocks” landmark is found here - fantastic geologic-palaeontological world, keeping the secrets about the end of the era of dinosaurs and the beginning of human development. There is an ethnographic park in the town, two later-ancient fortresses and centuries-old deciduous durmast-beech forests.
Byala has a seaport and regular land and sea transport to the towns of Varna and Bourgas.
