Position: Property Administrator
Location: Livingston, Scotland EH54 - Some remote working will be considered for the right candidate
Hours: Full Time, a Part Time role will be considered
Salary: £18,000 - £19,000 (pro rata for part-time)

As well as your \"can do\" approach and excellent people skills, your ability to work within a fast-paced team supporting hundreds of landlords and tenants will ensure that you thrive in this challenging role.

You will provide full administrative support to the General Manager and an experienced Property Management team, who are responsible for ensuring all Property Management services for landlords and tenants are delivered in accordance with all lease requirements, contractual obligations, and best practices. Within the role there is also a sales role, with some travel outside of the office, and the opportunity of mission. This post is target driven and there will be times when overtime is required out side of normal business hours.

Are you the right person for the job?
- A full, clean, valid driver's licence and the use of own car, although occasional use of an office car will be possible.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is essential, and an interest in social media useful
- You will be numerate.
- You will have the ability to work independently.
- Although a property related background would be ideal, general proficiency in the areas mentioned above would outweigh this.
What will your role as a Property Administrator look like?
- Assisting the General Manager with multiple backup duties including simple accounting and data entry tasks
- Dealing with New Business enquiries from Landlords and Tenants and attending meetings as appropriate for which generous mission will be paid.
- Servicing a database of landlord prospects and related mailing and social media activities
- Handling email and phone exchanges in support of the General Manager
- Performing backup duties for the General Manager when she is away from the office or involved in other duties
