The team
This role sits within our Business service line and will involve providing them with professional administration support. You will be part of a team of seven that services the function nationally and it will be your responsibility to support members of the Business team that are based out of our Cambridge office.This is a three day per week role and you will be required to work 9.00am - 5.30pm on the days that you are working.
The role
As a Business Administrator you will have ownership of the following tasks:
Printing, sending and filing accounts/tax returns onlineUpdating workflows and trackers for accounts and tax returnsDrafting letters of engagement (LOE), updating LOE tracker and monitoring and chasing non returnsDrafting and sending routine correspondence internally and externallyDrafting and filing Companies House formsCarrying out AML checks on new clients and annually before start of accounts preparation jobs to ensure correct information is on fileAssisting with the new client take on process, including drafting of standard documentsMaintaining and updating client database The person
You might not have all of the experience below, but if you meet the minimum criteria and are passionate about developing yourself, we'd love to hear from you:
Previous administration experience in a professional office environment (minimum criteria)Minimum of five GSCE's at A -C grade, including Maths & English Language (minimum criteria)Strong communications skills and the ability to interact at all levelsExcellent planning, organisational and time management skillsProficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Outlook The package
