Acoustic Harmony Monterey Tenor guitar NOW SOLD

I have had this lovely Tenor for some years now and had it in various tunings to which it responds well. It has serial number and identification marks within F holes and was made in 1948. It has been refinished at some point in its life and has a fishman pickup inside working very well. although refinished it has a lovely patina and more importantly it is structurally very stable with no cracks splits or other issues , the tuners are a sympathetic replacement Kluson.i have just managed to buy it a new kinsman case which fits lovely and will keep it in its lovely condition. currently in gdae sounding similar to octave mandolin, it also likes cgda and other tuning which i am happy to discuss string sizes required. The tone is straight out of the 1948 tin and it is also fortable to play with good action.
