8 Berth Static on Park Deans resort Crimdon Dene, this caravan is sited with excellent sea views, in a quiet part of the park, 30 yards from a new children's play area, and a 3 - 4 minute walk to the complex itself, with bar, restaurant and indoor pool.
The beach is close by, as are numerous places of interest.
This caravan has 3 bedrooms 2 x 2 single, 1 x double and a pull out in the lounge area, the kitchen has a full oven and hob, microwave, fridge and freezer, all cutlery and utensils needed, everything needed is there, With TV dining table and fire in the lounge,
All beds will be made up freshly for your arrival, with towels for each guest. There is a walk in shower with separate toilet and hand sink, All that's needed is food and drink,
Prices are from £55 per night with a minimum of 3 nights, plus a cleaning fee of £35 for each booking during April, after April you will need to request prices, booking are normally Mon to Friday and Friday to Monday. Or 7 night bookings Friday to Friday.
All we ask is a £50 deposit refundable after cleaning and satisfactory condition on departure,
Various dates still available for 2023 and bookings will be accepted on a first come basis after this the deposit needs to be paid to guarantee the booking date.
