Warranty:
Here at Parkside Motors all our wheelchair accessible vehicles come with 3 months warranty, cars come with our own free 28 day warranty, this can be extended for up to 3, 6 or 12 months for a very reasonable cost please call for a quote on the vehicle you are interested in. If you have a problem covered below just bring your car back to us and we will fix it. We have our own fully equipped work shop and fully qualified mechanic as well as the
latest computer diagnostic equipment.

Parts which are covered are listed below, all parts NOT listed are not covered by this warranty. The maximum claim limit per claim is £300 on cars bought for under £3000 and £500 for cars over £3000, these figures are inclusive of any VAT on both parts and labour.

Engine Cylinder block (excluding cracks or porosity), cylinder bores, liners, crankshaft, (oil leaks are excluded from warranty, crank bearings, big end bearings, oil pump, con rods, gudgeon pins, small end bearings, pistons, piston rings, cylinder heads (excluding cracks), rocker shaft, rockers, hydraulic lifters, cam shaft and cam followers, push rods, inlet and exhaust valves, valve guides, cylinder head gasket. Timing belts are covered as long as they have been changed according to manufacturers requirements).

Fuel system Fuel pump, petrol injection pump, (excluding breakdown due to wrong or contaminated fuel).
Manual gearbox Gears and gear clusters, selector and shafts, synchromesh assemblies, ball and roller bearings, needle bearings, transfer gears, (oil leaks are excluded from warranty).

Clutch Release thrust bearing, centre plate, pressure plate, slave cylinder, master cylinder, clutch cable.

Drive system Drive shafts, CV joints, prop shafts, front and rear wheel bearings,(excluding split boots and gaiters).

Steering & Suspension Steering rack and pinion, power steering rack, steering box, coil springs, suspension arms, wishbones, anti-roll bars (excluding tracking and balancing).

Brakes Brake master cylinder and reservoir, calipers, wheel cylinders, (excluding warped disks glazed pads).

Electrical Alternator, starter motor, indicator relay, front wiper motor, horn, electric window motors and regulator, central locking system, (excluding remote control or any coding) engine cooling fan, oil pressure sensor, heater fan motor. (ECU’s are excluded from this warranty).

Important information any damage caused by overheating due to lack of water or damage due to lack of oil will not be covered as it is your responsibility to check both your oil and water on a regular basis. This warranty is non transferable.
