This is an extremely rare car and a very special product from Subaru, Japan. As if a standard Legacy GT Spec B wasn't enough, Subaru commissioned this 'tuned by STI' model from their famous motorsport factory.
Featuring the desirable and flexible 2.0 EJ20 Twin-Turbo engine, 280 BHP, 5-speed manual transmission, 4WD system and an impressive list of upgrades that include a Bilstein suspension pack, larger wheels, STI front and rear spoilers, Brembo brakes, STI Alcantara sports seats and special STI dual twin exhausts; this car gives you a package that blends practicality, performance and a premium finish.
Only a handful of these have ever been imported to the UK. When this high-grade example arrived recently we were thrilled with how well it presented in all areas. The interior, bodywork, underside and the engine are all in top condition and you will be forgiven for thinking this car is less than a couple of years old.
Recently registered to Fairmont Sports and Classics, it will be supplied with original Subaru manuals and service book containing 14 service stamps up to 93,902kms. Since arriving in the UK, the car has had a MOT and has been professionally calibrated to display 58,886 miles with the speedometer now reading in MPH.
An absolute blast at the weekend and providing practicality for school runs, this 5-speed manual estate is very individual and an excellent alternative to the more common performance estate cars around.

We buy well so you’re not at risk
The buying team comprises seasoned motor industry professionals: our backgrounds span retail sales, fleet management, auction, wholesale, and service, inspection and maintenance. Having grown up with, driven and loved countless classics ourselves, we know what our customers look for: models and marques piquing current market interest; examples that are in excellent usable condition and order; and vehicles that represent a sound, good value investment.
An online portal search for any classic model will list several hundred vehicles across the UK. The unfortunate truth is that the vast majority, under scrutiny, will prove sub-standard, misrepresented or require uneconomic restoration or repair. Finding a good vehicle without motor trade experience is not for the faint-hearted.
We purchase our cars from private owners, collections and specialist auction houses. We are exceptionally selective about which vehicles we buy, when and why; we reject over 90% of all those we see. Those we purchase match varying customer demands: ‘best in market’ and fully original; fully or partially restored examples; and sound, practical, fun classics to be driven and enjoyed.

Warranty:
We want every customer to be confident in their purchase. Whilst we sell nationwide, many of our sales are local, with some customers revisiting to buy, sell or service more vehicles.
To ensure a worry-free motoring experience, we include our own pre-owned vehicle warranty and provide full servicing and support on-site.
The price of every car includes a six-month warranty for major component failure: engine, transmission, and final drive. For the first three months, it covers the cost of any essential parts and labour. Thereafter we provide a 50% discount on any essential parts and labour for the remaining three.
We also operate our own on-site workshop offering specialist classic vehicle servicing, maintenance and repairs. The same mechanics that inspected and prepared your vehicle for sale will be delighted to keep it in good working order throughout your ownership.
