All vehicles are sold STRICTLY on 30 DAY mechanical warranty terms. You must only purchase this vehicle if you fully understand and agree to all terms and conditions as stated herein. The mechanical warranty covers ENGINE, GEARBOX & DRIVE AXLE ONLY excluding any friction materials, service items or where the damage has been caused by your negligence. You are responsible for ensuring the vehicle is correctly maintained before every use. All vehicles must be returned to ourselves for inspection at YOUR cost and without a loan vehicle. In the event of being unable to repair a refund of the invoice price will be given with a 40 PENCE PER MILE usage deduction after the first 25 miles. There will also be a deduction for any additional damage that has been caused since the original sale. We are unable to compensate for any addition personal expenses such as RFL, insurance, recovery etc. If the vehicle is used for business use then the above warranty is VOID.
