2003 Explorer Group/Compass Corona 505/Mendip Explorer tourer caravan

We are selling our 5 birth touring caravan.
The manufacturer is \"The Explorer Group which is now Compass\" and the van is marked up as a Mendip Magnum.
We have used it on a site for the past three years and took it off at the end of the last season so it is currently in the garden.
The van is in great condition with no damp or water ingress.
Our site only had a 10A hook-up so we ran the heating and water heater from gas so I'm not sure if the heater is working on the electric though so this may need attention.
All blinds, seats, carpet and curtains are in good condition but a couple.of blinds don't roll up all of the way automatically.
The caravan hitch is anti sway.
The aqua rolls and elson waste are included.
There is a full length awning included and also a porch awning but unfortunately we don't have pictures of this erected.
