Peter Vardy Heritage offer this magnificent 1974 Jensen Interceptor Convertible.Based on the same tubular chassis as its fixed-head sibling with suitably strengthened sill sections and windscreen pillars.Intended as a rival to the Rolls-Royce / Bentley Corniche pairing it was owned by the likes of Frank Sinatra, Cher, Lynda 'Wonder Woman' Carter and financier Winthrop P. Rockerfeller, In production for two years, during which only 267 are thought to have been made,with 87 supplied to the UK market,the Convertible remains the most rare and sought after variant .This rare and desirable low mileage Mark III Interceptor comes with an extensive history file comprising numerous invoices,receipts,MOT certificates and the Jensen Interceptor handbook and Convertible supplement along with a workshop manual for the car. The indicated mileage of this gorgeous-looking Interceptor is just under 25,000 - supported by the sheer quality of the interior, engine bay and underside of the car.
