Hello,
We are looking for a family friendly home for a long term rent (5years +) with a yearly tenancy update , We are a family of three, two adults one child. We also have one family pet (house trained dog)

Rent : up to £600PCM
Locations : within 15miles radius of M9 (Higher Blackley)
I’m a 29 year old full time working professional my job title is asbestos supervisor and my role is demolition and asbestos removal all over the north west and Scotland for Howard Stott demolition , I currently live with my 25 year old partner who works part time manufacturing i have a 9 year old daughter who requests \"a bigger room this time \" we also have a 3 year old family dog who’s a big softy our monthly household income is roughly 3k+ depending on jobs , hours / overtime we don’t drink but we are smokers we tend to smoke at the back door as we have a child and pet. we are originally from Manchester and moved to Burnley 4 years ago as my company is based in padiham , we don’t have a guarantor and wouldn't be able to provide one but I do have very good landlord references from the past 8 years along with bank statements showing monthly income & showing rent paid in full on time every month usually on and before the 1st of each month we are currently living in a 2 bedroom property private rented in Briercliffe , Burnley we have been here almost 4 years and we’re looking for something a little bigger closer to Manchester . we are now looking for a long term property to make a home over the years . I have 1 work van and 1 car, parking would be essential close to home. We are looking for a property to move into as of today and before the end of march 2023 going forward with a yearly tenancy agreement put in place deposit and 1st month rent wouldn’t be a problem along with work and landlord references
