GlobalData Media also runs a portfolio of industry-leading websites and magazines, an international events business, and a technology-driven marketing solutions offering. - We are looking for an UX, UI designer who has passion for user-centred-design, building products around user need & evidence-led requirements gathering, analysis & problem-solving. - You will be responsible for creating UX, UI and design assets for a range of B2B brands, including websites, web apps and tools, digital communications and marketing materials. -This individual should be comfortable working in cross-functional teams with other designers, product managers, developers and business stakeholders to deliver the highest-quality design solutions whether that be research, user flows, wireframes, UI designs and prototypes or other branded materials. Key Responsibilities: As a UX,UI Designer your tasks will include: -Defining the UX architecture and requirements and communicate ideas to the team via wireframes, prototypes and user flows -Translating UX requirements into high quality UI designs and visual assets to be used by our Front-End Developers to build the solution -Creating and maintaining other design assets as required, including design systems, style guides, user flows, storyboards, mock-ups, page layouts and presentations -Working closely with the product management team and development team and other various stakeholders to deliver requirements as planned What we are looking for -Excellent Figma/XD/Sketch/similar -Excellent Adobe CC skills -Proven experience, and a solid understanding of UX principles and practices -Proven experience with creating responsive UI design of the highest quality -Excellent attention to detail -Comfortable presenting and justifying design decisions -Highly motivated, creative and strong team player -Resilient and able to adapt to requirement changes -Excellent English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking) -Ability to engage effectively with different personality types -Able to work on multiple projects at the same time -Adaptable, a fast learner and good team player -A friendly and collaborative approach to the people you work with -Able to demonstrate the Company values: Courage, Curiosity, and collaboration NOTE: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
