The Role
Our Store Managers are integral to the success of UGG. As a Store Manager for our Flagship in London, you will build and lead a high-performing team that aligns with the UGG's values and vision.
In this role it you will lead your team by example, whilst support the District/Area Manager with additional responsibilities throughout your region.

Strive for the highest level of customer service and operational excellence that you and your team can achieveManage store costs including PayrollAs a people manager, take an active part in recruiting, training, development, and coaching your team, as well as supporting other stores when neededCollaborate with the Area Manager to improve and enhance sales and operationsTake a customer centric approach to develop store strategies to enhance the customer experience and expand trafficManage inventory and partner with head office partners to meet the needs of your market

We Would Love to Hear From People With:
Previous experience as a people manager in a Retail environmentExperience in training and developing a teamAgility and flexibility to meet the needs of the business, especially during our busiest time of the yearProficiency in Microsoft Office and applicationsFluency in German and English is a requirement for this role
