Trainee Recruitment Consultant
GBP20,000 + Commission (GBP30,000–GBP35,000 1st year) + Training

Are you looking for an opportunity to break into the Recruitment Industry?
We are currently recruiting for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our sales academy. To apply the Trainees will ideally have the following background.
Educated to degree level or equivalent.Previous experience in a sales, hospitality or customer service environment.Excellent written and communication skillsA desire to work in a telephone based targeted sales environment. Key duties of the Trainee Recruitment Consultant role includes:
Working off a database of clients, identifying new business leads and then working all stages of the sales process to achieve monthly sales targets.Playing an active part in sales incentives and challenges, working effectively as part of a sales team and also independently.Writing adverts on job boards in order to attract new candidates.Attend specific training courses on sales techniques and all aspects of the sales process.
