Title: Trainee Recruitment Consultant Location: St Ives, Cambridgeshire 4Way Recruitment have been established since 2015 and we currently recruit within the construction industry and in particular the Fire and Security Market. Our candidates and clients install, service and commission CCTV, Intruder Alarms, Access Control and Fire Alarm Systems. As a business, we work with all ranges of customers nationwide from small Ltd companies to large national market leaders. 4way are a very small team with a relaxed approach and we are now on the lookout for an additional member of staff to help with the forever-growing workload. We have customers and opportunity to hand over immediately, for a smooth and easy transition into the role. As a business, we do not believe in micro management and employees are not target driven in terms of calls made, interviews arranged etc. The only target you will ever be given is the sales created at the end of the month! Package: Basic Salary GBP22,000 - GBP25,000 basic Dependent on Experience Attractive uncapped commission structure, offering a generous and realistic OTE of GBP35,000 - GBP60,000. Additional quarter bonus available. 23 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays Monday Friday 8.30am -5PM (30-minute lunch break) Office based Main Responsibilities: Sales Selling an opportunity to the candidate and the candidate to the client/ customer. Negotiating contractual agreements Cold Calling Calling new business, potential leads and recruiting candidates for specific opportunities. Sourcing candidates through networking, advert writing and headhunting. Social media presence on LinkedIn and Facebook. Managing the entire process from start to finish. Knowledge and experience: 1 -3 years experience within a sales opportunity, ideally recruitment.
