Trade Counter Assistant

MacGregor Recruitment Solutions are recruiting for a Trade Counter Assistant for our client who are a highly successful supplier of windows and doors to trade. They are expanding and opening a number of new trade counter in Lincoln in April 2023. Trade Counter Assistant role: Reporting to the Branch Manager and as part of a team of 3 you will develop relationships with customers, answer queries and deliver great customer service! Receive deliveries, ensure that products are stored correctly and that the warehouse is managed correctly Help prepare customer orders and help them load onto their van Delivery driving of products to customer sites You will also be trained up to process quotes and orders using window design systems and look up orders and delivery dates etc Skills & Experience: Specific knowledge of window and door products is an advantage, but not essential Experience working within a Trade counter environment is essential Great people skills - able to develop strong customer relationships Proactive in approach and willing to learn new products and systems Valid driving licence is required The Package: GBP22-23k DOE Monthly bonus scheme (Pays up to GBP750 a month depending on branch sales performance to target) 5 weeks holiday plus statutory (33 days in total) Monday to Friday working - no evenings or saturday working
