Heroes Therapeutic Farm is looking for motivated reliable people who can work as part of a team. The job would be leading sessions with young people around the animals and caring for animals at our farm in Holyport.
We work with young people from ages 5 years - 18 years and are looking for people who can inspire and motivate young people who are struggling in main stream education through hands on work with animals, horses, and get involved in outside activities.
Ideally you will be confident in leading a group or working with students on a one to one basis. We are looking for confident creative chatty individuals who are passionate about working with children/young people and animals can be flexible in their approach. You must enjoy working outside.
You will need to have a current DBS check or willing to apply for one and have two references.
We are looking for people to work two/three days a week. The hours are 10.00 - 3.00 though we can be flexible.
We are also looking for Weekend staff
