Telephone Account Manager - Commercial Salary: GBP25,000 - GBP28,000 per annum + commission Hours: 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday, 9am - 5.30pm Location: Hybrid or 100% remote Fantastic benefits package Our FTSE 100 client is seeking a Telephone Account Manager to join their highly successful and reputable company based in Milton Keynes. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated and passionate individual to be part of a team who is genuinely enthusiastic about demonstrating return on investment and providing value to a range of customers. Working as part of the Account Management team, you will manage a designated account base day to day and to achieve activity, growth and customer satisfaction target through identifying sales opportunities, prospecting for new business, delivering excellent service and proving value to maximise the retention of existing accounts and spend. The role: Proactively contacting a high-volume, existing account base to establish, build and maintain business partnerships via phone & video Contact existing customers and recommend enhancing products to meet their needs Ensure continuing levels of customer satisfaction by proactively making retention calls Liaise closely with your field based Account Manager to meet the customers expectations Identifying sales opportunities for Account Managers which require face to face contact Pro-actively identify training opportunities to support the relationship and deliver over the telephone Conduct relevant product and service training with customers Recording information in relevant databases and ensure customer data is kept up to date Provide up to date and excellent knowledge of membership and products, helping deliver excellent customer service and maximise selling opportunities Utilise internal tools and data to help add value to our proposition Deliver new initiatives to customers Be the point of contact to answer customer queries, resolve problems and provide solutions to resolve re-occurring issues The person: Consistently overachieved targets and business KPI s Able to thrive in, and contribute to, a hardworking and dynamic team Ability to manage customer expectations and deliver excellent service The drive to exceed team expectations Can demonstrate tenacity and resilience Analytical and confident ability with data analysis, and building stories around this Actively exhibits a growth mindset and a willingness to learn, develop and respond to feedback Confidence to take ownership and lead from the front Excellent verbal and written communication skills Is highly organised and able to balance a challenging workload Ability to flex style and approach to meet customer and business needs Please note that at times due to the volume of applications we may not be able to respond to each person individually.
