The Company
They are a pany formed in 2011 and is a leading player in the Building Compliance Industry. It primarily provides Energy pliance services, throughout the UK, such as Commercial Energy Performance Certificates, Display Energy Certificates, TM44 Air Conditioning Inspections, TR19 and Energy Audits.
Role and Responsibilities
As a member of our in-house technical team your responsibilities will include undertaking in-house training to successfully achieve specified ABBE Qualifications within agreed timelines leading to Chartered Membership of the Energy Institute.
Travel to sites throughout the UK in a timely manner according to the agreed schedule while presenting a professional image and representing pany in a positive manner.
Conduct systematic prehensive site surveys of all parts of the building, including roof plantrooms, taking suitable site notes and photographs and preparing within agreed deadlines pliant TM44 Air Conditioning reports for a range mercial and public buildings.
Candidate Requirements
Applicants should be qualified to ONC/HNC or Graduate level preferably in a Construction/Surveying/Mechanical Engineering related subject. Salary is negotiable depending on qualifications and experience. Opportunities for advancement.
