Sustainability Consultant (BREEAM) - Remote OJ0046 Salary up to GBP45,000 + Benefits Are you looking for an opportunity to take the next step in your career as a Sustainability Consultant? Our client is currently recruiting for a Sustainability Consultant with BREEAM experience to join their rapidly growing BREEAM team on a permanent remote basis. To be considered for this Sustainability Consultant role you will: Have a relevant Bachelors/Masters Degree Be a licensed BREEAM assessor Be a team player with the ability to work independently Have excellent communication and organisational skills Have Experience of Local Authority policies, their application and the planning processWorking as a Sustainability Consultant you will: Be responsible for BREEAM consultancy and assessments, predominantly for mixed-use and non-residential developments Engage with the client and project team to ensure that sustainability requirements are taken into consideration and achieved Deliver high-quality consultancy and written reports Ensure that the client receives timely, professional advice and assessments Act as Project Lead, responsible for the project management of a range of sustainability servicesOur client is offering a competitive starting salary plus benefits including; Pension, Flexible working hours, Discretionary bonus and Remote working.
