Supervisor Assistant Manager - Somerset

We are looking for a dynamic and organised person with exceptional customer service skills to join our fabulous team at historic The Chapter House in Salisbury. Situated across from the Salisbury Cathedral, the hotel is well located on the outskirts of the town, with easy access to Stonehenge. We operate a very busy grill house and 17 boutique letting rooms.
You will be responsible for
• helping with the daily service of the restaurant and overseeing the flow of service
• answering email and telephonic bookings and enquiries
• booking in functions, hotel rooms and dinner bookings
• some evening closing shifts
• some morning opening shifts
• up to 50 hours per week
