Job Title: Structural Associate Director (Nuclear)Location: ChorleySalary: GBP60,000 – GBP65,000 plus benefitsCalibre Search is currently working with a leading global pany in the search for an Structural Associate Director (Nuclear) to join their team in Chorley.The right candidate will be joining an office of almost 15 staff and will work with an overall team of around 25 staff, half of whom are situated in a second office in the Lake pany offer very flexible hybrid working, with most staff working just 1 or 2 days per week in the office and the office provides free, onsite parking.The successful candidate will be a Chartered Structural Engineer with extensive experience in the design and delivery of large–scale, complex engineering projects within the nuclear missioning sector. As the Associate Director, you will be responsible for leading and managing the structural engineering team, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.Key Responsibilities of a Structural Associate Director (Nuclear):
Lead the Structural Engineering team for nuclear missioning projects, providing technical guidance and mentoring to junior staffManage project delivery for nuclear missioning, including design, analysis, and pliance with relevant design standards and regulations for nuclear missioning projectsDevelop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders in the nuclear missioning sectorSupport business development activities for nuclear missioning projects, including bid preparation and client presentations Requirements:
