Starting a band

Me and my husband are looking to start a band, our main influences are rock and metal. We both play guitar, so we would be looking for a bassist and a drummer, and most likely a singer too (unless you can do both!) We're in our twenties.
I don't have any experience with being in a band so you'll have to bear with me, but my husband has loads of experience. Any experience level is totally fine!
