Role: Service Manager Salary: GBP30,000 - GBP33,000 Location: Swindon Contract: Permanent Are you looking for a new challenge? Then look no further We are looking for a Service Manager to join an organisation who offer to look to offer the best support not just to the clients but to their staff too. Requirements for Service Manager Level 4 or 5 in a Health & Social Care qualification Hold a valid driving licence Experience in a leadership or management role Experience working the learning disabilities or mental service Responsibilities of Registered Manager Deliver person centred services, monitor and support the health and safety of people using the service, To ensure that the actions of all colleagues directly supporting people focus on protection and well-being of the service users. Supervise and support to Team Leaders and Support Workers. To ensure effective financial administration of the services delivered. Work effectively with external agencies and to increase referrals and placements within the Area Ensure that all services delivered are compliant. Continuously improve service performance across services for which you are responsible. Supervise, mentor and act as a positive role model to Team Leaders to ensure effective and efficient person centred service delivery to all people who use the service Conduct annual performance appraisals for all team members Take a lead role in developing and delivering an appropriate induction programme for new colleagues Motivate the colleagues team to drive and improve service delivery Participate in rotational on-call system as assigned Benefits of Registered Manager Salary of GBP30,000 - GBP35,000 Full training provided Annual Leave - Full time contract - 5.6 weeks per year Birthday Leave - An extra days paid leave on your birthday Stakeholder pension scheme Christmas bonus Private Health InsuranceThis is a cracking job with an amazing forward thinking business.
