With their office being based in Liverpool and Majority of their projects throughout Merseyside this role will suit a candidate who's looking to stay local. Due to several new projects being secured they're looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyors with a background in new build or refurb projects to join their team. They've got funding and projects secured for the next 5 years there's no better time to join. Your new roleAs Senior Quantity Surveyor you will focus on commercial delivery of projects. You will be responsible for/assisting with Subcontract procurement, value engineering packages, agreeing variations, Monthly Measurement/remeasurements, monthly payments, final account etc. You will also be a mentor for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor. You will report to an office based commercial manager and be a key member of the team.What you'll need to succeedQualified Quantity Surveyor with a valid CSCS card. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in a similar role. They will be methodical and accurate in their commercial management of projects. You'll need to be able to communicate effectively with a range of clients and stakeholders while being highly articulate. You'll also need to be familiar with Building Regulations, NHBC and HSE requirements.What you'll get in returnThis is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team in a role with potential for growth and development.
