Cobalt is partnering with a London based Property Investment and Development business who specialise in Commercial and Residential assets.
The business is seeking a Senior Property Accountant to join their finance team. Initially covering the complete Service Charge process the role will evolve and diversify into taking charge of some Management Accounts responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Working with the Property Management team to set the annual Service Charge budgetsPrepare Service Charge review schedules on a quarterly basisCalculate year-end balancing chargesPrepare monthly and quarterly management accountsPrepare balance sheet and intercompany reconciliationsRaise tenant demands About You
