Are you adaptable and reactive? We need a designer with a wealth of experience who is looking to get involved in a bit of everything, from account management, strategy straight through to hands–on implementation and designing!

We started our agency in a specialisation of PR but with demand it was only right for all of our clients' to receive our service across their entire marketing spiel, this is when our concept of the full digital agency arouse, it just made sense and has stuck ever since.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
As our senior designer, you main responsibility will be centered around executive the design startegy you have created with our design director, this will include design work from illustrations straight through to gifs! You will be required to train, upskill and nurture the juniors within our team, skill sharing is encouraged You will need to be strong and confident infront of clients, new business will be a portion of your role, so being involved in all things proposals, pitches and creative strategy.
YOU WILL NEED
3+ years' experience in digital designStrong skills across AdobeVideo editing experienceStrong communication skills – both written and verbalExperience or the desire to line manage a few juniorsExperience liaising with clients – from pitch/proposal to reporting TO BE CONSIDERED
