Senior Acoustic Consultant - Glasgow (hybrid) Penguin has an excellent opportunity for a Senior Acoustician to join a reputable firm in Glasgow on a hybrid basis. My client has an impressive project portfolio which spans across a variety of sectors including construction, property, infrastructure & oil and gas markets! This is a great opportunity for an Acoustic Consultant seeking a role within a dynamic & expanding multidisciplinary, working alongside ecologists, hydrologists & contaminated land specialists. Candidates should have demonstrable experience undertaking BS4142 and/or BB93 assessments as you'll be assisting junior consultants in mentoring and training. Experience in sound insulation testing is beneficial but not essential. All applicants should hold a degree in Acoustical Engineering or have a post-graduate qualification such as the Institute of Acoustics Diploma! A full UK driving licence is required for this position. My client has had a large influx of work over the last several years so is seeking an Acoustician who can take on some managerial responsibilities and undertake other duties including: Noise surveys Report writing Fee proposals Team management Project managementIn return, my client will offer a generous salary, flexible working, the chance to work with a dynamic group of consultants and various other company benefits!
