Are you a driven Senior Account Manager who wants to progress within an exciting growing agency? This is a permanent, full-time hybrid role with 3 days a week based in the centre of Bristol and a salary of GBP35-40k DOE and a fantastic benefits package including enhanced annual leave, private healthcare, access to a wellbeing platform and more. They are passionate about creating and delivering outstanding customer journeys and experiences for their clients across a broad spectrum of channels. They ve developed six integrated products that cover all aspects of the customer journey, helping clients connect the right message with the right audience at the right time no matter what marketing platform is used. They work with a broad spectrum of clients across the UK and globally - from a live streaming service to intelligent tech pet products. The Role The Senior Account Manager will manage existing and new client relationships, delivering first-class service by really getting under the skin of the client's needs and how customer journey and experience can be optimised for them. The role is delivery focused, developing and executing excellent strategic roadmaps to maximise opportunities available to the clients. It s important you have an entrepreneurial outlook, are motivated and eager to progress and succeed within a strong team. There is also the opportunity to line manage depending on your experience.
