Sales Support Administrator

Job Purpose Summary:
Sales support covers all aspects of the business from the daily administrations of running accounts to weekly reports for the company overall. It touches accounting, finances, business development, and sales through supporting internal staff as well as being customer facing with the overall aim to increase customer satisfaction and service.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
Generate and process sales quotations.Generate and process sales and purchase orders.Provide general administrative support to sales personnel.Liaise internally in order to optimize quality of service, business growth and customer satisfaction.Liaise internally in order to resolve issues with both customers and suppliers including, when required, any financial issues.Provide customer support, representing the Company in a professional manner at all times.Liaise with suppliers to obtain pricing and delivery schedules.Expedite purchase orders and record shipping details and delivery schedules.Ensure all sales administration is completed to a high standard and in a timely manner.
