Our client is a small and growing print and pany based in Biggleswade, they are currently looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Administrator to join their team. They pride themselves on delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring clients can trust us to take care of their exhibition, marketing campaign, or product launch needs.
As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and maintaining excellent relationships with our clients. You will be responsible for various tasks in our small Biggleswade office, being a small business you will be involved in lots of different activities, giving great variety with no day the same. These could be customer service, updating our CRM system, and assisting with dispatching goods during peak times.
Key Responsibilities:
Responding to ing phone calls and emails from clients and suppliersAssisting in sales processes and supporting the sales teamUpdating and maintaining the CRM system with accurate client and project informationSourcing appropriate supplies and suppliers for our print and exhibition servicesCoordinating collections and deliveries, ensuring timely and efficient servicePerforming general office tasks and administrative dutiesPreparing delivery notes and packing goods for courier pick-up
Skills, Experience & Key Candidate Attributes:
Eagerness to learn about our products and services, ing an expert in our offeringsA proactive and can-do attitude,Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Word, Excel, and Outlook
