Residential Property Solicitor - Surrey

Our well established client is looking for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join their very busy team based in their Kingston Upon Thames Office
The firm are known for their expertise in the areas of Residential and Commercial Property transactions from their office in Surrey where they deliver excellent client service to their affluent clientele. Due to a departure and abundance of work there is a need to add additional talent to their team to manage an existing caseload.
The role will see you work on a variety of residential property transactions including sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties, transfers of equity and re-mortgages. You will be required to manage a caseload upholding the firms excellent reputation for client care and work with 1-2-1 secretarial support to open around a minimum of 30 files per month.
