A regretful and extremely reluctant sale. We've fullime lived in her since her purchase last September and without any issues! Mechanically she is sound and solid, Engine purs and with plenty of power being the ford 6.5 V10 and the gearbox is superb. No chassis damage or rot and no nasty body damage or delamination or signs of water penetration anywhere.Only niggle is the front panel near the headlights some lacquer and paint have chipped off and hood area/Panel has signs of crazing which is a pretty easy fix but no nasty damage! GWVR is 9299KGS. MOT runs out on the 29/03/23 and all I can see she'll need is a new set of wipers and the front and rear foglights looking atl but I haven't looked into this due to my poor health.New front brakes including New discs,Pads and Calipers and new pads in the rear, New tyres all round and have done minimal miles since fitment. Slide outs work spot on as do the self levelling Jack's, New sun canopies and new full awning fitted,New washing machine, Bed, Mattress and headboard fitted aswell as new full sized electric fridge freezer, New two seater sofa and carpets fitted throughout. We've recently fitted a marine grade WiFi system and antenna and this works spot, We live in a very remote and sheltered area and we get a really good wifi signal for watching tv (Firestick) and also mobile phone wifi, Laptops, We've also purchased a stand alone Hyundai silent 5KVA Petrol generator with remote start fob, Pull cord and key ignition start, Alone these two items costs us well over £3,000 last year and could be included in the sale if our asking price is met (Or as close too!) A couple of niggles as follows, The front living area blown hot air system hasn't worked since we bought her, It blows cold air but doesn't ignite/Fire up (Again this has never bothered us as we just use an oil fired radiator in the living area) The bedroom air system works but will need the ducting putting into the new bed base (Supplied) The combi microwave decided to give up the ghost last week after 20 odd years of service so we've bought a normal domestic microwave to replace it and All the gas alliances work as they should, 3 burner hob and oven. Dining seats have been recovered and a roll of matching material is included in the sale (Incase you wish to re-cover and re-fit the standard pull out sofa. New pull down blinds fitted in the living area and new curtains fitted in the bedroom. Separate WC and sink with illuminated mirror above, Full size seperate shower cubicle (I'm 6ft 2 and is comfortable for me to stand up in and take a shower, Over head skylight in the shower cubicle. Power steps work and a new motion activated porch light fitted and a new interior LED step light has also been fitted. Rear reverse camera works, Towbar and attachments, Loads of lockers underneath for storage, Aswell an outside close hanger for when you've done the washing if you so choose! Invertor fitted but for what I really don't know in truth? 2 × 240 hook up cables, 100 ft extending hose pipe and two other water pipes for topping up the fresh water tank, Three water settings Fill, City use for the washing machine and normal internal domestic use. Fresh, Grey and Black tanks are all OK but the black tanks sometimes says it's full even after we've just emptied it, All are ok and work without issue. Air con units all work fine and blows ice cold, Multiple 240 power sockets throughout and also 12 volt power sockets and even has domestic telephone points (Never used or tested) On board onan generator and onboard domestic LPG tank with UK/European adaptor, Extend a stay hose also fitted for domestic gas bottles. I may have missed a few things but she's a sound old girl that has been much loved and cherished and would love to see her go to someone who will love her as much as we have but for us it's time to move on and back into bricks and mortar due to my partners poor health and mine not being that great at present....Not what we both wished for in truth as we've loved every minute of life in our RV.
The private plate which it's on will be removed before sale and will go back onto her 1999 'W' registration.
