Receptionist Admin in London
Description : 24 Mar, 2023
Our client is seeking a Receptionist to join their team.
As one of the first faces clients and/or guests will see, you should be warm and welcoming with excellent customer service skills.
You will be interacting with individuals on a day to day basis, and will have the following responsibilities:
- Greeting visitors in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Answer telephone calls and patch through to appropritae divisions of the company
- Liaise with other employees of the company
- Provide general administrative duties
- Manage meeting rooms/meeting room bookings
- Ensure the reception is kept clean, tidy and organised at all times
- Other ad-hoc duties as required
Previous reception and/or customer service experience is preferred.
