Quartz Wall Clock. Repurposed Vintage Salter 200lb scale

This is a quartz movement clock from a vintage 200lb Salter weighing scale. The scales were rusty and seized so have had the mechanism removed. The body has been cleaned up and repainted original black whilst the cast iron hook and chain parts have had rust removed and lacquered to maintain the vintage look. The brass scale itself has been cleaned up and lacquered so shouldn't require polishing. Access to the battery is simply by two brass screws on the front plate. The quartz movement is new and supplied with a Duracell AA battery.
It's keeping time well and I'll be keeping an eye on that over the next few days.
