The company has successfully grown through successful acquisition, Investment and Asset Management and is continually looking to enhance its portfolio in both size, value and quality. Due to this period of expansion, our client is looking to appoint a Commercial Property Manager in a most varied yet supporting role to assist with managing a national portfolio of properties from their Glasgow city centre office. The successful candidate does not need to have experience in this sector but will have the desire to learn and progress within this growing, client-side business where training will be provided accordingly. What you will be doing: Pro-actively develop and maintain effective tenant relationships Property inspections Portfolio consists of multi-use properties including, offices, retail and industrial. Aiming to add value, drive up rental levels, occupancy, and reduce void liability, through proactive management initiatives such as refurbishment projects comprehensive management and maintenance programs. Manage transition events on any sale, purchase or new lease situation. Responsible for all day to day matters including service charge budgets, facilities management, liaising with and managing contractors, health and safety, lease consultancy, landlord and tenant matters, rent collection, property transactions, managing building works and asset strategy.
