Property Maintenance handyman - Immediate Start
Description : 14 Mar, 2023
We are looking for a multiskilled handyman to work as part of a team within an established property development and maintenance company based in South West London. The majority of our work are in areas such as Battersea, Tooting and Mitcham. We are looking for someone who can start immediately and we have plenty work for several years.
Candidates MUST:
Have a driving license to carry out servicing works and own their own tools. A mode of transport is important, but not essential.
Have minimum 3 years experience.
Have the ability and skills to multi trade with a variety of experience, which may include carpentry, basic electrical, basic plumbing, decorating and/or external works.
Know basic English, where any background will be considered (e.g. Polish, Albanian, Bulgarian, etc).
Ensure that all works are carried out to a high standard.
Be committed, reliable and flexible.
Have the ability to work as part of a team as well as being able to work on their own.
Have Health and Safety awareness and knowledge.
Salary between £800 - 850 per week depending on experience and capability.
