About The RoleAn opportunity has become available at our Customer Fulfilment Centre (CFC) in Warwick where we have our own print and mailing facility that provides a wide range of services, to both our business and members.In the role of Print Production Operative you'll be part of a team providing professional printing and mailing services, operating a wide range of machinery, whilst ensuring the highest levels of quality and output. Its a fast paced operational area containing a wide range of high performance mailing and printing equipment.You'll be responsible for the digitalisation of incoming documents, run all mechanical technology to process outgoing customer communications and completion of all printing requirements both digital and lithographic.The role will also help the greater area and will involve the timely and accurate sortation of all our incoming mail with the ability to review all documents to decide on applicable work group to categorise into workflows Hours of work are 35 hours flexible across: Monday to Friday 6am - 5.30pm and Sunday 7.30am- 12.30pm on a shift basis The CFC are looking for someone who likes a challenge and who enjoys working within a team environment. You'll be working for and engaging with a successful brand who will support you in building your career or just having a role that makes you happy.You'll have some production experience or will have a come from a manufacturing or engineering background. Ideally you'll be used to navigating and operating heavy machinery but full training will be provided for the successful candidate.You'll have experience of working towards performance goals, as well as excellent attention to detail, organisation and communication skills.
