Family owned, 2015 prestige Willerby Rio Premier caravan, 36ft x 12ft, 3 bedroom 6+ berth situated on Rose Bank area of Haven's five star Primrose Valley Holiday Park. Caravan is fully double glazed and has gas central heating throughout and gas fire in lounge. The caravan has a large amount of room around it for the kids to play and there is a parking space outside.
It is positioned in a quiet location about 10 minutes walk from the plex and beach access; a lovely walk on a balmy summers evening.
In the lounge there is a 32\" flat screen LED TV with Freeview, a gas fire and seating with an additional pull-out double bed.
The dining area has a table and seating.
The kitchen has a microwave, gas cooker with hob, oven and grill, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster and full set of cooking utensils and crockery and cutlery. Gas and electricity is included in the price.
There is a double bedroom and two twin bedrooms, which have plenty of storage and space. The main bedroom is en-suite. Duvets and pillows are provided for all beds. Bed linen is included and beds will be made up for your arrival
There is a shower room with large shower cubicle, wash basin, toilet and bathroom shelves with mirror.
Passes are not included in the price,
Sorry, strictly no smoking inside the caravan.

As this is a family park, I cannot accept single sex bookings ( Haven site rules)
A £50 non-refundable deposit secures the caravan. The remaining balance to be paid no later than 4 weeks before the beginning of the holiday.
Payment can be made by cheque, bank transfer or credit card.
Prices available for all three night (fri-mon), four night (mon-fri) and seven night breaks in 2023
An additional security bond of £50 will also be required when the final balance is paid. This will be returned no later than two weeks after your holiday has finished, when the caravan has been checked for breakages/damages. Any breakages/damages will be repaired and the remaining deposit returned to you.
